      All bookings are non‑refundable. Once a session is confirmed, payments      cannot be returned.

   - 3.2 Rescheduling

     If you need to reschedule, you must contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate a new time.

   - 3.3 Late Notice or No‑Show

     If we are not contacted within 12 hours of your session, your booking will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.

   -3.4 Session Start Times

     Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings.

4. Payments

All payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

5. Safety & Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience:

• You must follow all instructions provided by our staff.

• We reserve the right to stop a session if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate in the simulation experience.

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, simulations, and materials — is owned by SimulatAyr or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

SimulatAyr is not liable for:

• personal injury resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions
