Service Description
Discussing an elder’s driving ability can be sensitive, but our simulator offers a respectful way to address these concerns. With a two-seat setup, a professional instructor gently and compassionately assesses cognitive skills, reaction times, hazard perception, and braking response in a calm, non-stressful environment. Objective, Compassionate Assessment: Every session is designed to be supportive, ensuring elders feel comfortable while their abilities are carefully evaluated. Evidence-Based Peace of Mind: Families receive clear, professional feedback that guides decisions about continued safe driving. This approach protects independence while upholding community safety standards. It’s a thoughtful, dignified way to balance reassurance with responsibility, giving both drivers and families confidence in the road ahead.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At Greers Gears, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our customers. Please note the following policy when booking simulator sessions: Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. Once a session is confirmed, payments cannot be returned. Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend your booked session, we will happily work with you to reschedule, provided you contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Late Notice or No-Show: If we are not contacted within 12 hours of your session, your booking will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Session Start Times: Please arrive promptly for your booking. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to avoid impacting subsequent bookings. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined above.
